The Fashionable Frequent Flyers

Have you ever visited a hotel so breathtaking that your favorite pastime is just walking the hotel’s grounds? This, ladies and gentlemen, is precisely what it is like when you’re at Langham Pasadena. I love a great garden hotel, and Langham Pasadena might be the most breathtaking one I’ve visited. It’s no wonder there are so many weddings hosted at this gorgeous establishment. The grounds sell themselves, and it’s truly a marvel. I have now visited Langham Pasadena twice, and I figured it’s time to share with y’all my thoughts on this hotel. Okay, first, and I don’t want to beat y’all over the head with this, but the aesthetics of this hotel are incredible. I’ve already showcased and described some of the beauty you can see around the grounds. You can also find some additional visual content here! But it’s not just the exterior that is beautiful, the interior is also absolutely stunning as well. Prepare to have your breath taken away when you visit. This hotel is exquisite.

Second, I absolutely love love love the afternoon tea offering at Langham Pasadena. What’s “afternoon tea”? It’s a ceremonial dining event that is modeled after afternoon tea in England. They offer a range of teas, accompanied by a tower of tea snacks, ranging from savory to sweet. Oh, and in addition, there are also select champagnes that are offered that compliment the tea snacks very well. I enjoyed afternoon tea with my friend and fellow content creator, and we captured the experience so well. Check it out here!

Third, and this is generally just consistent across Langham hotels, but I love the Langham Club in Pasadena too. This space is a little more traditional and resembles an old English style suite. It is charming and colorful. The food and drinks are of the same high quality and caliber I have come to expect with Langham clubs. I loved the food so much that I practically ate 75% of my meals at the club. For those who don’t know, you can effectively eat all your meals at the club if you have a room with access and transfer your stay into an all-inclusive stay. If not, I’d recommend still taking advantage of the breakfast and tea offerings. They are awesome.

Finally, I wanted to briefly shout out the Chuan Spa. I’m very big on self-care and I have to say that the treatment I received at Chuan Spa is one of the best I’ve ever received. Not only was the experience luxurious and soothing, but the masseuse who gave me a deep tissue massage was very talented. Talk about rounding off a perfect weekend getaway.

Also, one more thing: the hotel just launched a new outdoor pool, so it’s pretty clear I need to head back! Soooo, will I see y’all there?

Consistent with my rating on Langham Chicago, the Langham Pasadena earns the FFF 5* rating!! I recommend you stay here the next time you are in LA.
