PICTURE THIS: You’re luxury glamping in a safari tent, it’s beautiful, you’re surrounded by nothing but nature in its rarest form, AND, here’s the cherry on top, YOU ARE IN THE UNITED STATES!!! I know, I know … it sounds almost too good to be true, but trust me travel family, this place is real and it is SPECTACULAR! Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Dunya Camp!

Yes, these exterior images are just the starting point of what makes this unique property so incredible! So, as per normal course, let’s start with aesthetics. The aesthetics are impeccable!! Dunya Camp is comprised of three sunset tents and three sunset grand tents (pictured above). The sunrise grand tents are remarkable — in the exterior, they feature two lunge beds, a viewing deck, a grill, two lounge chairs, a fire pit, a hot tub, a sauna, an outdoor shower, and a table for two. The rustic color of the exterior of the tents is absolutely stunning. In the interior, it gets even better, with the decor adopting interesting influences from India and Africa. The tent features a king size bed, living room area, wood fireplace, dining table, desk area, kitchen nook, closet space, bathroom with two sinks, vanity areas, indoor shower, and freestanding tub. Now, let’s talk about the location! One thing that really enhances a glamping experience is serenity, exclusivity, and privacy! Dunya Camp provides all three, unencumbered. Dunya Camp is located in Summerville, Georgia, which is in a fairly remote part of Western Georgia (right next to the border of Alabama and ONLY 2 HOURS FROM ATLANTA). So, you’re a short and easy drive from the city, and yet get the benefit of exclusivity and privacy!! The tents are also very spread apart, so even on the property, you get complete privacy and serenity. Finally, one of the additional perks of being in a remote area is getting to enjoy nature — there are some interesting hikes across the border in Alabama, including the beautiful De Soto Falls (pictured below).

Finally, for food, you have the option to either bring your own food (this is what we did) or hire the personal chef on property.
