TOP THREE FASHION LOOKS FOR THE MODERN TRAVELING MAN!
Fashion is inextricably linked to travel by necessity. The reason for this is obvious— before you go on any trip, YOU must decide what you will wear on that trip, and thus must decide what you want to pack! So, whether you actively think about what styles you will don on vacay or whether you think you pay it no mind, it is nevertheless a part of the process! And now, with the increased popularity of social media travel content, fashion has become an added component to elevate your travel showcases to the world! In that spirit, I wanted to share with y’all my top three fashion looks for the modern traveling man (spoiler alert: BOLD is in!!).
LOOK ONE: The Casual African Print Suit
That’s right, y’all, we’re diving right into the deep end with one of the boldest looks you can don on vacation! African Prints, and the suits in particular, are so versatile — you can dress them down with a T-shirt and sneakers, or dress them up with a button-down shirt and dress shoes. There is so much variety, not only in print type but also in fabric material, often coming in an amalgam of bold colors that are wonderfully meshed into a design that SCREAMS that you are a modern man not to be trifled with! LOOK TWO: The Matching Resort Shirt & Beach Shorts Combo
Winter is coming, but I know a lot of y’all are trying to escape the worst of it by going to the tropics in early 2022! What you absolutely need for that trip is your matching shirt & beach shorts drip! The best matching combos come in print, as you’d expect. It’s a clean, cozy, and bold look that oozes “relaxation in style”! This market is getting saturated by Chinese brands trying to get into this game; I’d recommend not buying in –choose quality above all else. Whether they’re checked, plaid, pinstripe, or African Print, donning print pants with a dress shirt gives you an edge! It tells people that you have a personality and are not dull! What’s more, there is so much range to work with! If bold colors like red or royal blue don’t work for you, you can wear grey pinstripe or white & black checked pants with a shirt of your choice to give you that fashion edge!
